Venire a Piaggia anche per una sola giornata e una esperienza unica. Essere ospiti di Monica e il suo staff sia al Dolcemente che alla Briga è da provare dopo di che il problema sarà riuscire a tornare il prima possibile. Sorprende per il calore dell' accoglienza e degli ambienti, per la passione che si ritrova nei piatti, per il rispetto delle tradizioni valorizzando i prodotti del territorio, per i sapori intensi frutto di ricerca , per la cortesia e il piacere di condividere con gli ospiti la meraviglia di vivere e godere di luoghi stupendi come questa valle , per la gioia di chiacchierare con naturalezza con chi fino a poco prima era un perfetto sconosciuto , con chi ti ha accolto in "casa propria" e ti ha donato, a sua insaputa, un ricordo speciale, un compleanno speciale !!
